  1. Prateek and I know each other since graduation days @ Kanpur.. We share quite a gud memories together.. specially moments @ Career Launcher centre, kanpur.. those mock examz.. goin to different cities 4 givin entrance examz together, fillin forms togthr.. etc..

Prateek is just like a mango.. when u observe mango for the first time from outside, it seems to be very normal and ordinary fruit BUT as you peel of the outer layers and taste it u realise the difference ,and slowly and slowly u start likin it ..
same can be said in case of prateek.. when u look at him for the first time he seems to be a just another guy. I mean just like a "boy next door"..BUT as you start to familiarize with him
and pierce thru the upper layers and start knowin him more ,u realise that u r mistaken and ur opinion starts changing..

he has a very helpin nature,. he is free from those complexities of life that all most all other people face.. he likes to keep everythin simple and straight..

    love u yaar,
    RauL

  2. The first day I moved into MBGH, he entered my neighbour's room, who happened to be his 'langotia yaar' in a certain sense of the word. The first thing we spoke was about his roomate being Married and Thirty, and that Prateek was going to address him as 'Tum' and not 'Aap'. He clearly had his apprehensions! That guy was Abhilash Saladi. A month later and he was clinging on to Abhilash for dear life! He became Abhilash's metaphorical child.
He's a person who always has his 'posse' and sticks with them, at all times, and this has only grown with time.
I hope you can establish your independence soon, and hope to whatever God you believe in that you get placed in an Investment Bank in a city where you have to live on your own! You'll find ooldes of clarity and a sense of individuality only then!

  3. Hi prateek,
Yaar tera chashma auction karna miss karoongi. Lallu, touch mein rahiyo. Yeh post wost mein nahi likh rahi tere liye. Kabhi kabaar jab tu call karega to in person tujhe gaaliya suna loongi. Jab man karega to mein khud tujhe call karne ka kast utha kar gaaliya doongi. tension mat le.
    Chal abhi bye.

  4. Pratik, I found you as a very reserved guy from the very beginning. You didn’t open up till the end of our PGP program. Khul ja sim sim, its for your benefit.
I will miss your unstoppable laugher which you do once in each term and make the entire class to laugh with you.
You have given me a unique name “Cipla”; I can see the glimpse of smile in your face when you call me with this name. Bahut maja ata hai na tumhe! ‘Tik—Tik-- Pratik’.
You are a very hard worker but it didn’t reflect in your results (I feel), why? Give a thought to this.
May all your wishes come true.

    With Love & Luck

  5. Prateek Babe (I wanted to write ‘Babu’ but the intelligent MS-Word corrected it to Babe) – I love to call him Gulle Khan. For the records, Gulle Khan is a typical character in Indian villages who sits idle at the ‘choupal’ in the evenings, likes to fiddle with others, unnecessarily poke their noses into other’s affairs and consciously irritate the passers-by with their questions. This is what Prateek has been to some of us. Nevertheless, we love him a lot and are extremely fond of him.

One of the things that I am gonna miss after graduation from IWSB is his persistent heckling of Abhilash. One has got to see this to believe in the fun quotient of the whole exercise – one of my sure shot favorites at IWSB. I hope Prateek you would not let us off the hook easily and keep annoying us forever.

Stay focused, maintain a healthy balance between emotions and pragmatism and work with persistence, I am reasonably sure you will succeed in your endeavors. Catch up with me anytime, anywhere and for anything, would love to be around.

One piece of serious advice – kabhi apni behenon ke alawa kisi aur ladki se bhi baat kar liya kar…hahahaha….no more questions on this plz.

    Love

  7. saley choose hua aam...

Prateek is the Guy with the Golden Heart and one of the most emotional girls (okay, guy) i have ever met. sala baat karte karte rone lag padta hai...

We still aren't sure who is the taller one out of us.

Papa Abhilash ki chhatra chhaya mein do saal kaise nikal gaye Prateek ke, kisi ko pata bhi nahi chala, sirf Abhilash hi bata sakte hain wo pyaar bhare lamhe..those Moments..

    Keep smiling Son!
