Jaydeep Mandal...I can actually write a dissertation on this guy.... 1)Starting interacting with him on outbound...thought a very intelligent person 2)Joined E-Cell to help him on CII project...thought pagal hai yeh... first year started to fade away n my thoughts about this ANDA...started getting a proper shape....today to me JOY is great brains n intelligence with lot insanity, passion n lot of hard work....He works hard and party harder.. People like Joy are ALIEN to our world....who else other than joy can call up CEO of ICICI bank n ask him questions at 12 in the night.... After I returned from summers to our new hostel Mr. Mandal was there to receive me...and of course how can I forget our outbound in PEGASUS at Pune...what a time to be spent there....Then Srijan'10....Mera dimag khali kar diya tune...but enjoyed working with u....lots of fun along with lots of work...of course the party after everything got over.... I have so many memories with Joy....I think this space would never be enough for them... I just wish to tell u that u r damn good as person n as a businessman...just a couple of advice...get more organised....listen to others when they have something to tell u....n yes get a bit selfish Joy....

joy has been an amazing source of entertainment ..mind me for that but then couldnt find any apt way of describing how you have added to the colors of life of people in IWSB ,be it the bashings which u get regardless of the occasions or the tortures which u face,simple living and high thinking .I admire you for your zeal and enthusiasm ....

Jay is one of the closest of friend here, right from day one. I speak very seriously when I say that I admire Jay for lots of reason's, on both professional and personal fronts.
He possess never ending outbursts of energy; never saw such an energy quotient in any other guy till date. Secondly Jay's commitment and dedication towards his work is something I respect him for, he is someone who goes to any limit to get the work done. Third his ability to get work done from difficult people, thats exceptional and appreciable too. Memories with Jay are :-
1). Your singing of a "A" Grade song in front of a girl during outbound, it brought the class down laughing.. Ladies and gentlemen only Jay can do this with a stranger.. :-)
2). Jay our group works were awesome experiences, all of them filled with all night laughter riots, your invitation to a stranger to sleep in Mayank's blanket and then Mayank getting pissed off... and Anuj and me dying laughing like mad.... unforgettable hai yaar.
3). Summers in Malviya Nagar were filled with few of the most memorable moments...whether it was Samrat's B'day or latenight Ice Cream outings.
4). Tera .... phod dance in AWHO and in our every party wherever we were was so amazing, then your pairing with KK (another exceptional character).. Well I will take classes from you on dance and your favorite victim Anuj will accompany me... ;-)
5). Our tourism India website homepage.. it does not require introduction and detail..and please contact Rahul Bhatia to know further on this.."at your own risk" ;-)
6). To sum up I can never forget you being always there whether its in MBGH, AWHO, RCI OR Malviya Nagar, you have been a great friend and brother Jay.. thnx for being there... :-)
Finally, Jay you have been exceptional through out, but I would love to see you acquiring prominent leadership skills as thats what I feel you need to rise beyond known frontiers. It will also be great if you get 100% more organised, you seem to be heading towards that direction though.
I know you will be there and vice versa...

Joy – Haraamzade, you will remain an unsolved puzzle to me. To this date, I have failed to understand why all these top corporate honchos give you an ear. Aisa kya hai tere andar, ek number ka gadha hai tu to phir unhe kya nazar aata hai. Kuchh raaz hume bhi bata de bhai….
I forgive you today for deserting me as a roommate, for all the Shodhyatra atrocities and all those long and boring entrepreneurship sessions. But be ware, aur pange liye na mere se to bahut maroonga saale.
